Walnuts and Almonds:

Nuts are called superfoods because they provide rich of fiber, protein, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. Nuts contain antioxidant which keep us healthy and also help to lose weight and burn belly fat. No wonder they are called superfoods.

According to nutritionists, walnuts and almonds are the fat loss/low-carb snacks. Walnuts and almonds are full of healthy fats. Just a handful of these nuts provide high in fat and calories, but the major content of the carb is fiber along with plenty of protein, vitamin E, selenium, magnesium, and other incredible nutrients. Brazil Nuts:

Brazil nuts boost your metabolism to work with variety nutrients, such as L-arginine, selenium, thiamine and magnesium. The nutrients help burn fat faster.

However, one of the concerns is Brazil nuts are full of saturated fat and with high amount of saturated fat could increase bad cholesterol levels. As a result, it can lead to weight gain, lower the metabolism rate, and worsen health issues.
